Jesse Glass

Having Abandoned the Vehicular Eye

The  above digital poem is a collaboration between poets
Jesse Glass and Mary Ann Sullivan

Jesse Glass is a denizen of the louchest dens in the most notorious territories of the Internet.  His literary remains are kept in acid-free folders at the University of Maryland's Special Collections in College Park, while his physical remains continue their natural deterioration apace in a--thankfully and hopefully-- acid-free environment in Chiba, Japan.  His books include Lost Poet; Four Plays; The Passion of Phineas Gage, and--most recently--"Yin and Yang Eat At Me"--a free e-book available from Jeffrey Side's The Argotist On-Line.  He's generally a pessimist unless he has a hot cup of strong coffee in his hand and has turned CNN off for the day.

Mary Ann Sullivan is the editor of The Tower Journal. Her collection of poetry, Mending My Black Sweater, poems written when she was a cloistered Cistercian nun, was published as an e-chap by Brooklyn-based Eratio Editions. To see more of her work, please visit her about the editor page.
